"I completed TransformU’s coaching programme during the summer of 2024. Justin’s programme is extremely well put together and whilst being based on a number of core principles, was tailored directly to my goals.

Each week, Justin provides detailed (and constructive) feedback and adjustments that are manageable and effective.

Over the 12 weeks, I became so much stronger than when I started (physically and mentally) and my confidence at the gym and using various pieces of equipment became much greater.

Before I started, I would turn up (irregularly) and just do whatever I felt like without much structure or planning. Now I’m able to plan a solid workout without being as sore afterwards. It’s been great to actually get into a routine with working out and eating well and to see the real progress that comes with this. I also particularly liked Justin’s ethos that the programme should fit around your lifestyle rather than making huge and unsustainable changes."
