“I’m extremely grateful for Justin’s support over the past 24-weeks! He provided exceptional guidance, really helping me understand the balance between nutrition and strength training. Previously I struggled with portion sizes and didn’t realise the importance of macros. Justin was always happy to explain the reason behind sticking to my nutritional targets and the impact it has on my performance and changes to the body.

The programme gave me the opportunity to try new exercises, I gained more confidence in the gym and even went to the free weights section when it was full of sweaty men! Having the structure of the tracking workbook enabled me to hold myself accountable and ensure I continued to hit my weekly targets.

The weekly check-ins were both supportive and motivational, providing valuable feedback that kept me on track. Justin always took the time to explain the science behind the exercises and was always willing to adjust my training plan if I was finding an exercise challenging.
