Let's talk about the most underrated yet CRUCIAL gym accessory - the trusty Notepad or Logbook. Why is it so important, you ask? Here's why:


1️⃣ Tracking Your Progress: If you're not tracking your numbers, you're missing out on some serious gains. Write down your sets, reps, and weights, and see the magic happen. When you've got that record, you can aim to beat those numbers week by week.


2️⃣ Progressive Overload: The key to muscle growth and strength gains is progressive overload - pushing your body a little harder each time. Your logbook is your roadmap to this. It shows you where you've been and where you need to go.
